We are a team of change-makers who believe in educating to empower families against food insecurity.
Meals in Motion is a California-based 501c(3) nonprofit organization that aims to combat food insecurity. Our mission is to empower families to combat food insecurity by providing knowledge, skills training, and access to healthy food choices.
Our programs provide free education and hands on cooking classes to underserved families. Our goal is to provide families knowledge and skills to become self sustainable. Focusing on food safety, budgeting, and smart shopping to combat food insecurity.

We can help empower families to become self sufficient in the fight against food insecurity. We believe that education and access to healthy food are fundamental rights for every family and we are committed to making a difference, one meal at a time.
Our Vision
Build a world where families don't have to struggle to put healthy meals on the table.
Empowering families with the right education, proper skills, and experience. By preparing families with lasting knowledge that goes beyond our classroom, we give more than just a meal. Our programs bring families back to the table, making bonds stronger, building community and provoking change in the family dynamics. Building confidence in youth to succeed at even the simple things like a recipe, we are changing lives.
