At Meals in Motion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return:
- Unused items in original packaging
- Items in new, resalable condition
- Items with original tags and labels attached
- Non-perishable products only
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Perishable food items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at admin@mealsinmotion.org within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item(s) if damaged or defective
Step 2: Return Authorization
We will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package items securely in original packaging when possible
- Include return authorization number
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Meals in Motion is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Refund Processing
Timeline:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: Up to 10 business days after inspection is complete
- Credit Appearance: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your payment method
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price for items in acceptable condition
- Partial refunds may apply for items showing wear or missing components
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us immediately at admin@mealsinmotion.org
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged/defective items
- Replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost to you
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
